The late, great Johnny Cash was one of the greatest performers of our times. We're gonna take you to a small beer joint in Austin, built in a one-time chainsaw repair shack, that is a tribute to the Man in Black. Live music, cold beer, Kool-Aid pickles, a haunted jukebox, the Texas Chainsaw Massacre, and "A Boy Named Sue"? What else could you ask for?
Very cool! I have something moving inside my heart to start something like the Mean Eyed Cat but would have an alter ego of a Christian Church. I'm so glad I found this podcast it is super inspiring! Thanks! I'd love to discuss ideas if you or the proprietor of MEC if you or he'd be interested in doing so.
ReplyDeletejohnny cash most certainly did NOT die in 1973. sorry dude. other than that, a good enough podcast
ReplyDeleteLee: Especially since I said he had his last hit in 2003. Total brain fart. Thanks for the correction. Glad you listened. -Den
