And the Liberty Bar has been located, until recently, in a ramshackle building that is, as one reviewer wrote, “over 100 years old and looks every minute of it”.

Vesuvio Cafe (VIDEOCAST)
San Francisco, North Beach. Great Old School bar in The City by the Bay- Vesuvio. This beautiful joint was, and still is, a gathering place for artists, musicians, poets, tourists and people that appreciate a good cocktail. I'll give you a bit of the back story of this watering hole to many legends of the Beat Generation.
